Discada Norteña with Moikaz Sazón Supremo
An irresistible blend of meats and flavors in the style of northern Mexico

Ingredients:
- 500 g ground beef
- 250 g chorizo
- 200 g diced bacon
- 200 g cubed ham
- 200 g sliced sausage
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 2 chopped tomatoes
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 sliced jalapeño or serrano peppers (optional)
- 3 tablespoons of Moikaz Sazón Supremo
- 1/2 cup beer (optional)
- Vegetable oil to taste
Instructions:
- Heat the disc: Add a little oil and start by cooking the bacon until crispy.
- Add the chorizo and ground beef: Cook well until they release their juices.
- Incorporate ham and sausage: Fry for a few more minutes until lightly browned.
- Add vegetables: Add onion, garlic, tomato, and peppers. Cook until soft.
- Season: Sprinkle with Moikaz Sazón Supremo and mix everything very well.
- Finish: Add the beer, cover the disc, and let it cook over medium heat for 10 minutes.
- Serve: Accompany with flour tortillas, guacamole, and salsa to taste.
Moikaz Tip:
This discada can also be made in a large pan or griddle. Ideal for taco parties and gatherings with authentic northern flavor.
