Rotisserie Chicken with Moikaz Chicken Seasoning
Crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and full of Mexican flavor

Ingredients:
- 1 whole cleaned chicken (1.5–2 kg)
- 3 tablespoons of Moikaz Chicken Seasoning
- 2 tablespoons melted butter or oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 3 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 teaspoon mustard (optional)
- Salt to taste (optional)
Instructions:
- Prepare the mixture: In a bowl, combine butter, lemon, garlic, mustard, and Moikaz Chicken Seasoning.
- Marinate the chicken: Spread the mixture thoroughly over the entire chicken, including under the skin if possible. Marinate for at least 1 hour in the refrigerator.
- Preheat the oven: To 180°C (350°F).
- Roast: Place the chicken on a rack in a baking pan. Roast for 1 hour and 15 minutes, basting with its juices every 20 minutes.
- Brown: If you want crispier and golden skin, increase the temperature to 220°C (425°F) for the final 10 minutes.
- Rest: Let the chicken rest for 10 minutes before carving.

Serve with red rice, baked potatoes, or warm tortillas for a complete homemade-style meal.
